Centre Square partners with Marked Lane in casual mall leasing solutions

This year, Centre Square formed a successful partnership with Marked Lane, a premium market platform in Australia, which incubates be-spoke brands and gives them opportunity to increase market presence, brand awareness, and business growth in the finest shopping locations across Australia.

Marked Lane wanted to provide casual mall leasing solutions that would address the needs of different businesses while making their entry into the shopping centre world. They asked us to create pop up designs that are not only stunning but also practical and durable, as they would have to be moved around regularly. Longevity and aesthetics were they key features they were after.

The design process was carefully thought of, moving through different concepts till all parties approved of the final concept. As this was in the middle of 2020 and traveling was difficult, we reached out to our local steel manufacturer Xtreme Concepts. We could all be on site working out issues as we go and adjust design accordingly.

 

We love bringing our designs to life and the more hands on we can be, the better. Manufacturing process was well-executed by Xtreme Concepts to use a perforated steel pods that are durable, easy to assemble, and can elegantly showcase various type of products.

Marked Lane initially launched at Chadstone in Melbourne and has now expanded in Westfield, Pacific Fair, Robina Town Centre in Gold Coast and recently in West Village Brisbane. It has been six months already and we are still happy with the quality and functionality of the pod design. It has also been overwhelming to hear positive feedback from various retailers using the set up.
